About you

  • Strong IT skills, including intermediate-level Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using operating systems, ideally Sage Line 200 with knowledge of BOMs and Works Orders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident problem-solver with a proactive, can-do approach
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills

What you’ll do

  • Allocate stock to sales and works orders to support production and fulfilment
  • Monitor component orders to ensure deliveries remain on track
  • Maintain accurate stock records and carry out cycle counts
  • Resolve stock queries and support warehouse performance targets
  • Update and maintain operating system information
  • Support outbound freight and service levels
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing and warehouse teams
