VANRATH are delighted to again be assisting a Global, growing and dynamic award winning Company with the Recruitment of a Logistics Planner to join a highly progressive company based in their Dungannon site.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £29,870 per annum

About the Role
The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across the business, supporting customer service, production, and overall supply chain performance. It coordinates Finished Goods Despatch to ensure customer OTIF (On Time In Full) targets are achieved in line with departmental KPIs, while also overseeing Goods In activities to ensure incoming materials are accurately received, checked, and recorded both physically and within SAP.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for transport, goods-in, and 3PL-related queries, working closely with internal teams and external providers to resolve issues and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking finished orders in line with customer and GPUK standards
- Maintaining accurate logs and records
- Preparing reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making
- Proactively communicating order and delivery status to relevant stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing cover for the Logistics & Warehouse Lead during periods of absence
- Responding to duty phone queries outside normal working hours on a very occasional basis as business needs require
Essential Criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills within a demanding, customer-focused environment
- Ability to work efficiently under tight timescales while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar stock management system
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in logistics coordination or goods inwards
- Confident using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Transporeon or other Transport Management Systems
- Experience producing reports
