Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland (Hybrid)

An established and award-winning construction and civil engineering contractor is seeking a SHEQ Advisor to support the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of projects across residential, commercial, education and infrastructure sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated SHEQ professional to work closely with site teams, influence positive safety culture, and support continuous improvement across health, safety, environmental and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits and compliance checks.
  • Support project teams with SHEQ documentation including RAMS, COSHH, SSOW, inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations and trend analysis.
  • Support the maintenance and administration of ISO-certified Integrated Management Systems & 45001).
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance and on-site performance.
  • Attend SHEQ, site and management meetings.
  • Support ongoing accreditation and certification requirements.
  • Promote best practice and continuous improvement across projects.

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction-based SHEQ role.
