About you:
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience in financial management within a similar environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Advanced Excel proficiency and sound knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
What you'll do:
- Lead the preparation of quarterly management accounts
- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors and advisors
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance standards
- Support strategic decision-making with insightful financial analysis
- Ensure accurate cashflow management and supplier payments
- Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
