Job Description My client, a growing organisation undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation, is hiring a Digital Transformation Manager to join their existing management team and play a key role in delivering their strategic digital roadmap. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will assess the functionality of core business systems, identify opportunities to maximise existing technology investments and lead initiatives to digitise and automate manual processes. You will work across departments to understand business requirements, identify gaps and translate technology capabilities into practical solutions. You will also play a key role in managing business change, improving data and reporting capabilities and ensuring technology remains aligned with wider business objectives. The role will involve working closely with technical, commercial, financial and operational teams, alongside external technology partners and suppliers, to deliver measurable improvements across the organisation. The Person 3+ years' experience working with core business systems and stakeholders across multiple departments. Proven experience identifying and implementing opportunities for digitalisation, automation and process improvement. Strong understanding of Microsoft applications and business technology. Experience working with enterprise business systems, ERP/CRM platforms or similar business applications. Good understanding of system integration, cloud technology, data analytics and emerging technologies including AI. Experience supporting system upgrades, configuration changes and technology implementations. Strong experience in change management and project management. Experience improving workflows, processes and management information. Strong understanding of data quality, information management and governance. Experience developing business cases for new or replacement technology solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently, use initiative and deliver projects to agreed deadlines. Experience within the construction, engineering, manufacturing or another operationally focused environment would be advantageous. A degree in IT, Business, Digital Transformation or a related discipline would be desirable.
