About you
- Strong IT skills, including intermediate-level Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience using operating systems, ideally Sage Line 200 with knowledge of BOMs and Works Orders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident problem-solver with a proactive, can-do approach
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Keen to learn, develop, and progress within your role
What you'll do
- Allocate stock to sales and works orders to support production and fulfilment
- Monitor component orders to ensure deliveries remain on track
- Maintain accurate stock records and carry out cycle counts
- Resolve stock queries and support warehouse performance targets
- Update and maintain operating system information
- Support outbound freight and service levels
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing and warehouse teams
