As Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through to deployment and production support. - Strong understanding of software architecture, object‑oriented design principles, and engineering best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems (Git, GitLab, or similar), and automated deployment processes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers within a team environment.
