My client would consider candidates on a reduced 4-day week.
Standard hours are Mon- Fri, 9-5 with a 1-hour lunch break.

About you
- Proven experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR leadership
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate development programmes
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach
What you'll do
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the organisation's Talent & Development strategy
- Support embedding structured talent pipelines and succession frameworks
- Oversee delivery of development programmes aligned with current and future capability needs
- Manage governance processes ensuring regulatory and scheme compliance
- Play a key role in workforce planning through review and analysis of development activities
- Foster continuous improvement initiatives within the learning and development function
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure talent development aligns with organisational objectives
