We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Lead with a strong background in large-scale C#/.NET enterprise environments to join a major strategic programme within a leading fintech organisation. This role is not suited to candidates with only general QA experience - proven expertise leading testing across complex .NET platforms is essential.

Based in Belfast with a hybrid working model (2 days onsite per week), you will take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy for high-profile payment solutions used by millions globally.

  • Extensive experience leading QA and testing functions within enterprise-scale .NET/C# environments

  • Experience with integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing in distributed systems

  • Define and lead the overall testing and QA strategy for the programme
