What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the architecture and technical direction for a major strategic programme
- Design scalable, resilient, high-performance .NET solutions
- Define architecture standards, best practices and engineering principles
- Partner with engineering, product and business stakeholders to shape technical roadmaps
- Mentor development teams and support technical decision-making
- Drive improvements across platform scalability, reliability and performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Lead Architect
- Strong background designing enterprise applications using C#/.NET
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems within complex environments
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders
- Previous experience within payments or financial services is advantageous but not essential
