What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the architecture and technical direction for a major strategic programme
  • Design scalable, resilient, high-performance .NET solutions
  • Define architecture standards, best practices and engineering principles
  • Partner with engineering, product and business stakeholders to shape technical roadmaps
  • Mentor development teams and support technical decision-making
  • Drive improvements across platform scalability, reliability and performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Software Architect or Lead Architect
  • Strong background designing enterprise applications using C#/.NET
  • Experience building scalable, distributed systems within complex environments
  • Ability to communicate architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Previous experience within payments or financial services is advantageous but not essential
