Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, ensuring Windows devices remain secure, compliant and up to date.
- Oversee the full Windows device life‑cycle, including device builds, software deployment, patch management, upgrades and decommissioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues, acting as an escalation point for technical incidents.
- Support infrastructure projects and platform improvements, including system upgrades, automation initiatives and service enhancements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation while working closely with wider IT teams to deliver reliable and efficient endpoint services.
Essential
- Previous experience in an Endpoint Management or End User Computing (EUC) role within a large, complex IT environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Configuration Manager) and/or Altiris.
- Solid understanding of Windows endpoint management, including device provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades and life‑cycle management.
- Experience deploying software, managing endpoint security and maintaining patch compliance across enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, proxies and subnets.
