The Opportunity

You’ll become a senior member of an experienced property team, managing a varied and high-quality caseload while building long‑lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and developers.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, mentoring junior colleagues and delivering an exceptional client experience from instruction through to completion.

• Your Responsibilities
• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Co-Ownership transactions and new build developments.
• Advise clients on all aspects of residential property transactions with confidence and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, lenders, developers and referrers.
• Support and mentor junior solicitors and support staff where appropriate.
• Help drive the continued growth and success of the firm's thriving property department.
• Deliver exceptional client service with clear, practical and commercially focused advice.

About You

You will be

• A qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with significant residential conveyancing experience.
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about delivering first‑class client care.
• Organised, proactive and able to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Keen to contribute to the continued growth of an ambitious and forward‑thinking firm.
