We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team in Belfast. The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal departments including logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure customer expectations are met and orders are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders received via email and telephone.
  • Accurately input and manage customer orders using SAP.
