A leading global organisation is currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join their team based in the Belfast area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company.
Responsibilities
- Process all UK / ROI payrolls in-house
- Liaise with Bureaus / Accountants / Finance for International payrolls
- Create & Maintain Staff records on payroll systems
- Generate reports from TMS to use for processing UK / ROI payments
- Transfer payments - via BACS or bank transfer
- Issue pay statements & other documents - P.45 / P.60 etc
- Payrolling BIK - Benefits in Kind - through UK payroll. Submit HMRC return.
- Assess all staff for Auto-Enrollment pension scheme purposes, following each Payroll
- Maintain HMRC statutory payment records
- Deal with any employee queries
- Produce various reports for management as required
- The Ideal Person
- Educated to GCSE Level or Equivalent standard
- 3 years' experience in Payroll - UK / ROI
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
