This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in matrimonial and private family law who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive practice renowned for delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client care.
The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload with a strong focus on matrimonial matters, while also gaining exposure to wider private family law work, including Children Order proceedings. We are keen to speak with solicitors who have experience in matrimonial and private family law and are looking to continue building their career within a well‑established and expanding practice. You will ideally have:
- Experience handling divorce and matrimonial matters
- Exposure to Children Order proceedings or an interest in developing further in this area
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation and case management abilities
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to work
You will manage a varied caseload with a particular focus on matrimonial matters, advising clients through all stages of their matter from initial instruction through to resolution.
