About you
- Qualified, time-served Electrician with at least 3-5 years' experience in maintenance
- Proven ability in electrical, plumbing, and various trades pertinent to property maintenance
- Experience within the hospitality sector is highly desirable
- Excellent IT proficiency and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to liaise effectively with contractors, staff, and department heads
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Willingness to work a weekend every 4 weeks
- Over 25 years old with a full UK driving licence
What you'll do
- Carry out maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and other trades to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel and licensed properties
