About you
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR management role with a focus on EDI initiatives
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful diversity strategies
- Strong understanding of equality legislation, particularly Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience designing and delivering equality and diversity training
- Relevant degree in Business, HR, or related field
What you'll do
- Lead the ongoing development and embedding of the company's EDI strategy across the organisation
- Manage and coordinate EDI projects, initiatives, and employee networks to foster an inclusive culture
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure best practices and legislative compliance
- Provide expert advice on equality matters, including policy review and statutory reporting requirements
- Design and facilitate EDI training programmes, supporting management and staff development
- Monitor and report on progress against statutory and organisational equality targets
