Overview of Role: The business has a great opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in their Dublin office with site visits in and around Dublin. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at any given time; projects are varied across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously within agreed scope, schedule and budget while delivering a great quality product to our customers.
- Create project initiation documentation, project budgets, project programs and relevant H&S documentation.
- Ensuring full compliance to all relevant statutory and regulatory guidance standards.
- Providing reports for meetings with managers.
- Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, sub-contractors and internal teams to manage progress, challenges, and resolutions.
