VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a leading international professional services firm to recruit an Associate Director within their International Tax team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing tax practice working with multinational clients across Ireland and internationally. The team advises on complex corporate tax matters and offers exposure to both technical advisory and high value client work within a collaborative and ambitious environment.
This Associate Director position offers the opportunity to play a key role in a growing international tax team supporting a diverse portfolio of multinational clients. The role combines strong technical corporate tax work with client relationship management and advisory responsibilities. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support complex tax matters, help develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical corporate tax advice to multinational clients operating across Ireland and internationally
- Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on complex tax matters
- Work across a blend of compliance and advisory engagements
- Support international tax projects including cross border structuring and evolving global tax developments
- Collaborate with partners and directors on complex client engagements
- Mentor and support the development of more junior members of the tax team
- Contribute to the growth and development of the international tax practice

Requirements
- Strong Irish Corporate Tax technical experience
- Experience working with multinational or large corporate clients
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CTA (or equivalent)
- Background within Big 4 or a Top 10 professional services firm is desirable
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ambition to progress and develop within a growing international tax practice
