VANRATH are proud to be working with a leading global technology organisation to recruit a Director of Product - ServiceNow for their enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform. You’ll define and drive the platform roadmap, embedding Agentic AI and next-gen automation into core ServiceNow modules. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and service orchestration - shaping the future of intelligent digital operations.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the ServiceNow enterprise platform strategy.
- Integrate AI-driven automation and autonomous agents into workflows.
- Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, scalable services.
- Champion AI governance, platform compliance, and data quality.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Head of or Lead Product Owner experience in ServiceNow (MSP or SaaS environment).
