About You:

  • Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing or similar environments
  • Valid CSR Card and full clean driving licence
  • Strong commitment to health and safety practices
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude

What You'll Do:

  • Assist tradesmen with daily onsite activities, including plastering, kerbing, fencing, block work, and concreting
  • Handle loading, unloading, securing, and installing materials efficiently
  • Operate heavy and light equipment safely
  • Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment
  • Complete and submit site documentation accurately and promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to clients and tenants
