- Valid CSR Card
- Full driving licence
- Proven experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar role

What you’ll do
- Assist tradespeople on site with tasks such as kerbing, flagging, fencing, block work, and concreting
- Move, secure, install, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Operate heavy and light equipment as required
- Keep the site tidy and support a safe working environment at the end of each day
- Complete site documentation accurately and on time, while maintaining required safety standards
Nice to have skills
- Experience supporting wider refurbishment and maintenance works across occupied or social housing projects
