We are recruiting Plasterers on behalf of a public sector client to support maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied properties and community facilities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes while working safely and considerately in live environments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out plastering, patching, and surface preparation works
- Repair damaged walls and ceilings following maintenance or installation works
- Apply finishes to a high standard, including skimming and rendering
- Work in occupied buildings with minimal disruption to users
- Follow health & safety procedures and maintain clean working areas
- Coordinate with other trades and supervisors as required
- Complete job records and identify any additional repair needs
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant trade experience
- Proven experience in maintenance or refurbishment environments
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Access NI
