  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
  • 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Administration qualification is desirable

What you'll do

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Maintenance department
  • Coordinate calibration activities to ensure maintenance milestones are met
  • Manage documentation and scheduling for maintenance activities
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and internal procedures
