VANRATH is partnering with a respected Derry/L'Derry-based organisation to recruit an HR Administrator. This role will provide essential administrative support across the HR function, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR reporting. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and candidates, maintain accurate records, assist with HR processes, and ensure confidentiality and compliance in all HR activities.

About You / Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent (e.g., CIPD Level 3).
- Experience in HR administration and general office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and professional interpersonal manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information and take accurate notes.
What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities:
- Keep personnel and organisational records accurate and up to date, ensuring proper storage and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy acknowledgements.
- Assist with recruitment tasks, such as arranging interviews and providing information to applicants.
- Support onboarding for new employees, ensuring all necessary checks and administrative steps are completed.
- Respond to staff queries, directing complex matters to HR management when needed.
- Generate reports and summaries to assist managers in decision-making.
- Monitor leave, attendance, and other employee-related records.
- Attend meetings and produce clear, concise notes or minutes for follow-up.
