About you
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in a financial or commercial setting
- Strong understanding of ledger systems and statutory accounting standards
- Experience in preparing management accounts and liaising with external auditors
- Meticulous organiser with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver accurate work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with multiple accounting software packages
- Experience working with different currency bases is advantageous
What you'll do
- Maintain, audit, and update financial records and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Provide financial forecasts and support strategic planning
- Prepare and present management accounts regularly
- Handle core finance activities including bank reconciliations, VAT returns, Bad Debt management, and statutory compliance
- Support company acquisitions and oversee property portfolios
- Supervise payroll functions
