We're looking for a Data Science Analyst with strong Python and SQL skills to join a global technology leader.

If you're passionate about solving complex data challenges, building automation, and delivering high-impact analytical solutions, this contract offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting data-driven legal, operational, and regulatory initiatives by extracting, analysing, and automating data across multiple platforms.

This position is highly technical, with Python and SQL forming the foundation of the role.

Essential Skills

  • Advanced SQL
  • able to write complex queries, optimise performance, and analyse large datasets.
  • Strong Python
  • experience developing data pipelines, automation scripts, and data processing solutions.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data solutions using

Python and SQL .

  • Develop automation tools to improve legal and operational workflows.
  • Execute complex ad hoc data requests and investigations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Engineering, and Data Science teams to source and analyse data.
  • Create dashboards, support machine learning deployments, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance shared code repositories, scripts, and internal tools.
  • Document processes and contribute to AI and automation initiatives.
