Data Input Support Officer

Looking for an opportunity to develop your career within data administration and customer service? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy professional team where you'll be responsible for accurately processing and validating data, using CRM systems and resolving issues to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

What's in it for you?

  • Β£13.75 per hour
  • Initial minimum 3-month temporary assignment
  • 37-hour working week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm)

About you

  • Previous experience in data processing, data entry or administration
  • Experience inputting, validating and authorising data accurately
  • Ability to analyse information and identify basic data errors or inconsistencies
  • Confident taking corrective action to resolve data issues
  • Previous experience using CRM systems or databases
  • Customer service experience, including dealing professionally with difficult or challenging callers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What you'll do

  • Input, process and validate data accurately across internal systems
  • Authorise data in line with established procedures and quality standards
  • Review information to identify basic errors, inconsistencies and missing data
  • Investigate data issues and undertake appropriate corrective action
  • Use CRM systems to input, update and retrieve customer information
  • Utilise CRM functionality to identify errors and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across databases and administrative systems
  • Provide a professional customer service via telephone, email and other channels
  • Prepare and produce reports and information from databases
  • Maintain accurate filing and records systems
  • Support colleagues with general administrative and data-related queries
