Vanrath are delighted to be assisting a leading Insurance Broker company with the recruitment of a Commercial Account Handler. This is a Monday - Friday - Permanent position based in Crumlin. Salary is fully negotiable dependent on experience, with some amazing incentives and additional fantastic benefits and perks.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Handler to manage client accounts and provide outstanding service. This role involves handling insurance renewals, processing policies, liaising with underwriters, and ensuring client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service through timely and professional communication.
- Handle insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations.
- Process and administer insurance policies accurately and in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and obtain the best coverage for clients.
- Ensure all client requirements are fully understood and met in a timely manner.
- Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to support retention and growth.
- Keep up to date with insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Previous Insurance experience.
- Commercial Insurance experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people at all levels using a variety of communication channels.
