Vanrath are delighted to be assisting a leading Insurance Broker company with the recruitment of a Commercial Account Handler. This is a Monday - Friday - Permanent position based in Crumlin. Salary is fully negotiable dependent on experience, with some amazing incentives and additional fantastic benefits and perks.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Handler to manage client accounts and provide outstanding service. This role involves:
- Handling insurance renewals
- Processing policies
- Liaising with underwriters
- Ensuring client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Processing and administering insurance policies accurately and in line with company and regulatory standards
- Maintaining and developing strong, long-term relationships with clients to support retention and growth
Previous insurance experience is preferred, particularly in commercial insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels using a variety of communication channels.
