About the Role:

We\'re on the lookout for a customer-first, relationship-driven Online Customer Success Manager to become a vital part of our growing Customer Service team. Your mission will be to build trust and deliver tailored support to our corporate and business clients - ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued at every stage of their journey.

You\'ll play a central role in onboarding new clients, supporting existing ones, and rekindling relationships with past customers. Your empathetic, proactive approach will drive long-term success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class service across phone, email, and live chat
  • Proactively build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Support new customers through a friendly and effective onboarding process
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, driving product and service improvements
  • Identify opportunities to re-engage or retain clients through personalized outreach
  • Keep systems and CRM records accurate and up to date

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing or customer success role
  • A strong, empathetic communicator - both written and verbal
  • Proven experience working with business or B2B clients
  • Comfortable juggling multiple conversations and priorities
  • Naturally collaborative, team-oriented attitude
  • Print industry knowledge is a bonus, not a must
