We are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager to take ownership of transport operations at a busy Moira based depot. The Person
To be considered, you should have:
- Previous experience in a Transport Manager, Logistics Manager, Fleet Manager, or similar role
- A valid Transport Manager CPC qualification (essential)
- Strong understanding of transport compliance, operator licence requirements, and driver regulations
- Experience managing transport budgets, fleet performance, and operational KPIs
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop transport teams
- Knowledge of transport planning systems, fleet management software, and reporting tools
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- IOSH, NEBOSH, or similar health and safety qualifications would be advantageous
- Exposure to telematics, route optimisation, or fleet efficiency programmes would be beneficial
