About you

  • Part-qualified (or newly qualified/working towards qualification) accountant status
  • GCSE Mathematics and English grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Confident meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally experienced in a similar finance role (or starting your first industry step)

What you'll do

  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Code and post journals, including accruals and prepayments
  • Complete P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, including variance analysis
  • Help with VAT return preparation and year-end/audit support
  • Ensure transactions are processed in line with internal controls and company procedures

Nice to Have Skills

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience using manufacturing and/or ERP systems

Other Requirements

  • Able to work full time from the Craigavon office
  • This is a 14 month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanency
