Location: Cookstown Office

Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Support development, review, and improvement of H&S policies and procedures.
- Assist in site inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work with the H&S Manager to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date statutory documentation (RAMS, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER, etc.).
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and oversee site induction processes.
- Training & Awareness
- Help organise and deliver H&S training sessions and toolbox talks.
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs.
- Promote safety awareness across all active sites.
- Ensure all personnel receive required induction and refresher training.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, current H&S documentation and records.
- Prepare regular H&S performance reports for management review.
- Support maintenance of company accreditations.
- Administrative Support
- Provide general admin support to the H&S department.
- Manage records related to H&S activities and the defects management system.
- Assist with client documentation and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
To be a strong candidate, you should have:
- Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety position.
- NEBOSH or equivalent / working towards a Health and Safety certification.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
