Key Responsibilities- Provides expert advice and support on roof window products, both before and after installation.
- This customer-facing role involves handling technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other channels with clear, accurate technical guidance.
- Support customers with product selection, specifications, and installation planning, including advice on regulations and best practice.
- Troubleshoot post-installation issues such as faults, installation errors, and warranty claims, escalating or arranging site visits where needed.
- Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the support process.
- Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex cases when required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, installation methods, and technical developments.
- Undertake additional duties as required in line with business needs.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information simply.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
