About you
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing contracts at a senior level within property maintenance or social housing
- Strong knowledge of contract management, client relationships, and operational delivery
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets exceeding £500,000
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, or NEBOSH (desirable)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
What you'll do
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the responsive repairs contract, ensuring contractual KPI targets are met
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee operational resources, ensuring effective scheduling and quality service delivery
- Prepare and present monthly reports, attend review meetings, and support business improvement initiatives
- Manage contract variations, claims, and procurement, supporting the Commercial Manager as needed
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
