Essential Criteria
- Must have previous experience managing and coordinating an externally certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Proven experience in compliance, quality, governance or management systems roles
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
What you'll do
- Coordinate and maintain the organisation's compliance, quality and governance systems
- Support external accreditation schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and SEQOHS
- Assist with internal and external audits, evidence gathering and follow-up actions
- Develop and review policies, procedures and standard operating protocols
- Monitor improvement actions, incidents, risks and non-conformances
- Support data protection, information governance and security activities
- Contribute to management reporting, KPI tracking and driving continuous improvement initiatives
