This well-established firm is known for delivering exceptional service across all areas of property law and is now seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to take over a thriving caseload and play a key role in a supportive, high-performing team.
The Role
You will step into an active and varied caseload covering a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. The team is well-resourced, with experienced paralegals and administrative support in place, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Advise clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, and shared ownership schemes.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, agents, lenders, and colleagues throughout the transaction.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute positively to team culture and workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law (more experienced applicants are encouraged to apply).
