Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibility is to analyse and report on key financial information to support and help optimise business performance.

What you'll do
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly/monthly forecasting, working with business units and various departments to develop accurate financial projections.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for planning, investment appraisal, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to explain performance drivers.
- Collaborate with business senior leadership teams and other departments (Transport, Operations, Marketing, IT, HR) to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Deliver clear, insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
- Provide financial analysis for M&A activities, capital allocation, long-term growth strategies and other group projects.
