Vanrath are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a Belfast based company for a Treatment Co-Ordinator. Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm £13.

About your next employer:

The postholder will be at the forefront of customer services dealing with the public at reception desk and by telephone.

What you'll do:

  • Replying to patient enquiries via email and phone
  • Supporting the clinical team
  • Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators
  • Communicating effectively with new and existing patients
  • Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey
  • Managing diary appointments and treatment plans
  • General administrative duties
  • Dealing with post and deliveries
  • Dealing with Lab work both coming in and out of the clinic
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers
  • Coordinating meetings, clinical events and open evenings

About you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
