The successful candidate will join a large, dynamic team at a prominent site in Dublin, reporting to senior management and working closely with key client stakeholders to deliver excellence. About you Minimum 5 years' senior management experience in facilities management or related field Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams within a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting Experience overseeing operations in a manufacturing or GMP-sensitive setting Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Proactive, decisive and results-oriented approach Strong communication and problem-solving abilities IT skills including MS Office, SharePoint What you'll do Provide strategic leadership for all integrated facilities management services at the Dublin site, including Hard and Soft FM, Security, Catering, Cleaning, Waste, Grounds Maintenance, and Workplace Services Manage budget, financial performance, and operational KPIs to ensure service delivery within contractual requirements Lead a multidisciplinary team of over 150 employees and external subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety, excellence and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their trusted operational advisor Oversee compliance with health & safety, environmental, and food safety standards within a GMP-sensitive environment Drive efficiency initiatives, cost savings, and sustainability projects to enhance operational performance Lead transformation projects, ensuring smooth mobilisation and business continuity For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
