Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in running the Ballymena dealership
- Lead the team to achieve corporate objectives
- Coordinate the team to develop and implement the business plan
- Continuously look for areas to improve performance and refine processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Coach and mentor the team
- Effective communication within the business
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a Manager / Dealer Principal / Business Manager / Senior Manager position
- Experience in the Motor industry
