About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with a consultative approach to business development. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing high-value opportunities while building long-term client relationships across government, healthcare, corporate, and other key sectors. Working towards individual sales targets, you will manage opportunities throughout the full sales lifecycle and position tailored digital learning solutions that meet evolving client needs.
About You
- 3+ years' experience in Business Development, Account Executive, or consultative B2B sales roles
- Previous experience selling software or technology solutions in a full cycle sales position.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales methodologies
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities independently
- Experience selling into government, healthcare, corporate, or public sector organisations would be advantageous
- Experience managing high-value sales opportunities (£100K+) would be beneficial
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is desirable
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UK, Ireland, and international markets
- Build strategic, long-term partnerships by promoting bespoke digital learning content, LMS solutions, and learning consultancy services
- Manage the full consultative sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and contract close
