We are seeking an outstanding salesperson to take on this print solution sales role, this company offers a wide range of products, including business cards, flyers, posters, banners, and wedding stationery. Their services cater to businesses across Northern Ireland, the UK, and the Republic of Ireland, with a commitment to fast turnaround times and exceptional customer service. This role is to cover Norther Ireland. (4-5 days field per week, the rest of your time is office-based in Belfast) Salary/ Benefits Salary of £35,000 - £37,500 commission car allowance mileage at 40p per mile Equipment and benefits The Ideal Person 3-5 years experience in field sales / business development / sales & marketing role (in print or having exposure to a form of print within sales or marketing) Experience in growing existing accounts and generating new business Great negotiator and used to presenting to clients Responsibilities Identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with company growth objectives. Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies. Acting as the main point of contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Working closely with account management and production teams to deliver work to spec and on schedule. Building strong internal relationships with client services, marketing, and production to align sales strategies. Attending networking events and trade shows to promote services and grow your professional network. Meeting or exceeding monthly new business sales targets. Tracking sales performance and conversion metrics using internal CRM tools. Staying commercially aware and up to date with relevant market and industry trends.
