We are seeking an outstanding salesperson to take on this construction solution sales role, this company manufacturers products that are sold into the construction industry. This role covers managing existing accounts and some new business. This role is to cover the Island or Ireland (though mainly NI). (Mostly remote/field) Salary/ Benefits Salary of £42,000-£48,000 + 20% bonus + Company Car (EV / Hybrid) OR Highest level car allowance (£7,500) Equipment and benefits The Ideal Person 3-5 years experience in field sales / B2B sales Experience in growing existing accounts and generating new business Great negotiator and used to presenting to clients Construction, Civils or Manufacturing experience essential CPD presentation experience Responsibilities Grow and develop the sales activities in Ireland across 4 sectors. Delivering CPD presentations. Managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks Working with external partners, customers and internal product development and technical teams to create new products that our customers require. Generate new business using your knowledge and networking skills. Successfully partner with other sector managers within the commercial team and across the business. Provide market information feedback to the Marketing and Product Development departments. Providing sector knowledge and training to customers / internal organisation. Winning product specification opportunities in the sector. Provision of training on products and solutions as required to contractors, consultants, and others.
