About the Role
This role is ideal for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive with a passion for technology sales and consultative client engagement. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning tailored digital learning and SaaS-based solutions to meet client needs. You'll work across the full sales cycle, engaging with organisations throughout the UK and Ireland while contributing to the continued commercial growth of the business.
About You
- 2+ years' experience in Business Development, Technology Sales, SaaS Sales, or consultative B2B sales environments
- Previous experience selling eLearning, EdTech, LMS, SaaS, or digital solutions would be highly advantageous
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially focused with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Highly organised with experience managing multiple opportunities and maintaining an active pipeline
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working within a fast-paced technology environment
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Public Sector organisations throughout the UK and Ireland
- Promote tailored digital learning solutions, SaaS platforms, and consultancy services aligned to client objectives
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across government, healthcare, education, and enterprise sectors
- Manage the sales process from lead generation and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions and exceptional customer experience
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and sector-focused campaigns to expand market presence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively manage your sales pipeline
