About you

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience within lighting, interiors, design-led sectors, or a related industry is advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to generating new opportunities
  • Confident managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM systems
  • Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, designers, architects, suppliers, and project teams
  • Consultative approach with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions

What you'll do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate leads, manage prospects, and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product discussions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored lighting solutions
