The Role
This Associate Director position offers the opportunity to take the next step into leadership within a dynamic international tax team. You will work closely with partners and directors, supporting a diverse portfolio of multinational clients while building your own profile and client relationships. The role offers a strong blend of compliance and advisory work, with increasing exposure to complex international tax matters and cross-border projects.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical corporate tax advice to multinational clients operating across Ireland and internationally.
- Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a key point of contact on engagements.
- Work across a mix of compliance and advisory assignments with increasing responsibility.
- Support international tax projects including cross-border structuring and global tax developments.
- Collaborate closely with partners and directors on complex client work.
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the international tax practice.

Requirements
- Strong Irish Corporate Tax technical experience.
- Currently operating at Manager level within practice (or recently stepped up).
- Experience working with multinational or large corporate clients.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CTA (or equivalent).
- Background within Big 4 or a Top 10 firm is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress within international tax.
