- Additionally, work on a 5-in-7 Saturday rota, with work required on some Saturdays on a rotational basis

- Support resource planning and transport scheduling activities
- Handle customer and driver queries with professionalism
- Assist with driver dispatch and de-brief processes
- Organise and manage daily planning tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Enter accurate data for KPI reporting and asset tracking
- Monitor fuel consumption using MPG files or MCS systems
- Oversee scheduled fleet maintenance and asset management
- Additional duties within the transport department as required
