What you'll do:
- Lead the management and continuous improvement of key digital learning systems, including LMS and CORE Talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate digital and blended learning solutions.
- Support the delivery of online projects such as onboarding and performance management.
- Analyse data and produce management reports that inform strategic learning initiatives.
- Deliver engaging in-person training sessions tailored to organisational needs.
- Ensure compliance with records management policies and support organisational transformation goals.
